About Special Orders & Commissions

 

This page will give you all information regarding special orders...

 

 I accept special orders in several ways... you can purchase them through my Ebay or Etsy store, or contact me directly via through this site or email, and we can discuss what you want me to create for you.

 

Special orders and commissions are basically the same thing, accept if you order a commission, you can ask to customize the piece you want to order. Commissions are hand sculpted pieces. Special orders is basically an order that you want to look as close to the original as possible and mostly are cast from my molds, Although that doesnt always necessarily apply since some of my orders must be hand sculpted. In which I try to get as close as possible to the original.. (please note that any hand sculpted piece will not look exactly like the original.) 

 

The Ordering Process: On all orders I require half down, unless you deal with a special order /commission directly with me (instead of going through Ebay or Etsy) which then we can work out payment options.

Once I receive a deposit, I set you in my books and start the gathering process... which means I gather information along with materials for your order... and then of course start on your piece!

Please note deposits are non refundable. Placing a deposit on your order means you are serious about the project we will be creating together and let's me know I can spend time gathering the information I need to get started. If for some reason you cant complete your special order or commission, I do allow using your deposit as a credit until you are ready to complete the project. You can use your credit for up to a year of the date of order. 

Once the piece is done, I send you pictures of the final piece for your approval. Once you are happy, the item is ready to ship! (:
